We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our French establishment in Shanghai. With a capacity of 60 seats and an average consumption of 500 Rmb per person, our restaurant is a go-to destination for French gastronomy lovers.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations with a team of 3 servers (mostly English-speaking).
• Manage stock, inventory, and service schedules.
• Handle public relations and maintain customer loyalty (social media management and customer interactions).
• Seek out and organize events and catering services upon request.
• Monitor cost control and ensure quality standards.
Profile Sought:
• 3+ years of experience as a restaurant manager.
• Excellent knowledge of wine and French gastronomy.
• Proficient in IT tools (Word, Excel).
• Native French speaker, fluent in English, and able to communicate in Chinese.
• Key qualities: organization, composure, ability to work under pressure.
• Str0ng customer service and relationship management skills.
• Sales expertise: ability to promote French cuisine and wine sales.
• Well-presented, friendly, and excellent communication skills.
• Visa provided by the company.
• Compensation: Fixed salary + bonus.
