Nan les pré-inscriptions (pour les élites runners) finissaient le 14 au soir.
Pour les gens qui ne courent pas au sans plomb, c'était (car c'est fini) du 15 au 28 septembre
Tu as raison, c est seulement pour les élites.
Par contre pour les autres, c est: Inaccessible si quota atteint. Ca doit être le cas, confirme par l article cite plus haut
. En un jour et ... C est dans ces moments la ou on s aperçoit qu il y a du monde en Chine. Comme les billets de train pour certaine période... Quelques secondes suffisent et .... Y en a plus.
Il te reste mini et le 10 bornes... 3-2-1... Demain 9h! Ready!

J'ai un numéro de dossard (bib number) mais a priori avec les problèmes qu'ils ont eu, plusieurs personnes ont eu les mêmes numéros.
Au numéro anglais impossible d'avoir qui que ce soit au téléphone. Sur un numéro chinois, ils ont dit qu'ils ont eu des soucis mais qu'il y ait de forte chance que je ne suis pas inscrit

C'est encore possible de s'inscrire pour les etrangers, il reste des places (et beaucoup semble-t-il)
Par contre, plus possible en ligne, il faut aller au bureau room 1211, 28 West Jing Ling lu (en face du magasin GAP). C'est ouvert du lundi au vendredi entre 9h et 17h (ptet fermé le midi, je ne sais pas). Juste besoin du passeport et d'argent pour payer l'inscription.

Officials yesterday gonfle details of bus and ferry services facing disruptions during the 2014 Shanghai International Marathon on November 2.
A total of 165 bus routes going through Huangpu, Jiang’an and Xuhui districts will be affected on the day.
These include 25 bus routes — such as the No. 55 and No. 167 services — that pass along the Bund, the event’s start line. They will suspend operations from 5:30am until all runners leave the area.
The race begins at 7am and Metro services will not be affected.
Full details of suspended ferry services on the Huangpu River will be announced by police later this month.
Organizers have shifted the date of the annual event from December to November this year in the hope of better air quality.
The city’s meteorological and environmental protection departments will provide a text message service to runners with weather and air quality forecasts.
Last year’s event took place on December 1, when the city Air Quality Index rose to heavily polluted by 1pm.
According to the Shanghai Meteorological Bureau, a cold front and wet weather may accompany this year’s race.
The 2014 marathon features 8,000 runners in the 42.2 kilometer race; 10,000 in the half marathon; 5,000 in the 10km race, and 12,000 runners in the 5km run. The full and half marathon end at the Shanghai Stadium.
C'était encore possible il y a un mois du moins (je l'ai fait), au jour d'aujourd'hui je ne sais pas, mais ca peut valoir le coup d'essayer (mais je conseille d'y aller dès demain à la 1ere heure par contre car demain ils commencent à donner les dossards).

En tout cas m... aux courageux qui participeront, quelle que soit la distance et même s'ils ne finissent pas (ils auront toujours couru plus et plus vite que ceux qui seront restés dans leur lit).

According to police, from Saturday midnight to 7:45am on Sunday, vehicles will be banned from Suzhou Road S. (the section between Zhongshan No. 1 Road E. and Sichuan Road M.), Beijing Road E., Dianchi Road, Hankou Road and Jiujiang Road.
Zhongshan No. 1 Road E. (the section between Waibaidu Bridge and Xinkaihe Road) will be off-limits to vehicles from 5am to 7:45am, and Yan’an Road E. (between Zhongshan No. 1 Road E. and Sichuan Road M.) will be a no-go zone from 6:30am to 7:45am.
The Jiangxi Road exit of the Yan’an Road elevated highway will be closed from 6:30am to 7:45am, and the Huashan Road exit from 7am to 8:30am. The Huaihai Road exit of the South-North elevated highway will also be closed from 7:15am to 9am.
