Ce n est pas un document de base pour le visa X, mais l officier du consulat peut vous le demander. Donc a prévoir.
Pour le x1, je crois que cette attestation soit demandee pour le permis de résidence.
Sinon, voici ce que viaforchina demande pour un visa X1...
1. Basic Documents
(1) Passport
Original passport with at least six months of remaining validity and with two blank visa pages, a photocopy of the passport's data page and the photo page if it is separate.for the 1-year multiple entries visa application, the passport should be valid for at least 15 months from the date of application.
(2) Visa Application Form and Photo
One completed Visa Application Form with a recently-taken colour identity photo (bare-head, full face) against a light background (size: 48mm x 33mm) attached.
There are two ways to prepare your application form. You may complete an Online Application Form (where a Visa Centre provides such service), print it out and sign it; or, you can download the application form from our website and fill it out manually and sign it.
Please remember to bring the completed form to the Visa Centre to submit your application.
(3) Proof of legal status (applicable for those not applying for the visa in their country of citizenship)
If you are not applying for a visa in the country of your citizenship, you must provide the original and photocopy of your valid certificates of residence, employment or student status, or other valid certificates of legal stay provided by the relevant authorities of the country where the Visa Centre is located.
(4) Photocopy of previous Chinese passports or previous Chinese visas (applicable for those who were Chinese citizens and have obtained foreign citizenship).
If you are applying for a Chinese visa for the first time, you should provide the last Chinese passport held and a photocopy of its data page.
If you have obtained Chinese visas before and apply for a Chinese visa with a renewed foreign passport that does not contain any Chinese visa, you should present the photocopy of the previous passport's data page and the photo page if it is separate, as well as the previous Chinese visa page (If your name on the current passport differs from that on the previous one, you must provide an official document of name change).
(5) The applicant under 18 years of age should provide:
(a) family book or birth certificate
(b) the parents' statement letter which states the confirmation of the trip to China of their underaged child accompanied by one of the parents.The statement letter should be signed by both of the parents.
(c) the original and copy of the parents' ID. For the parents who got divorced should provide the divorce letter's noterization which states the guardian of the child.
2. Supporting documents
(1) Original and photocopy of Admission Notice issued by a school or other entities in China;
(2) Original and photocopy of “Visa Application for Study in China” (Form JW201 or Form JW202) issued by Chinese relevant authorities
(3) The applicant under 18 years of age should provide:

Je dois effectuer un stage de 3 mois cet été en Chine mais l'organisme qui proposait le stage me demande 600€ pour les démarches pour l'obtention du VISA, est-ce raisonnable de donner toute cette somme seulement pour le VISA ? Est-ce que je peux décider d'entreprendre les démarches de VISA par moi-même afin de payer moins cher mais est-ce que j'ai une garantie d'avoir un VISA Z par exemple avant le 1er juin 2014 ?

ils te donnent juste un visa ou ils te donnent aussi un stage?
demandes bien quel visa ils vont te délivrer (type de visa, nombre d'entrée, jours par entrée)
arranges toi pour un paiement un 2 fois, le reste une fois qu'ils t'ont envoyé un scan de ton visa collé sur ton passeport

La question est : Quel est l'organisme qui te propose cela et quel type de Visa il te délivre ?
J'aurai pas confiance...le site est bizarre, pleins de fautes ils expliquent pas le fonctionnement à part prendre tes 600€...

Voilà je dois effectuer un stage en Chine dans le cadre de mes études (bts commerce international) et j'ai réservé mes billets pour le 12 mai. J'ai pris rendez vous à l'ambassade a Paris vendredi qui arrive pour y effectuer ma demande en urgence, seulement voilà qu'en est-il aujourd'hui du statut de stagiaire ? J'ai lu attentivement tous vos messages mais je me demandais si a l'heure actuelle vous aviez de nouvelles informations ?
Je leur ai téléphoné et une opératrice a insisté sur la nécessité d'un visa Z mais il est impossible d'en obtenir un pour un etudiant de 20 ans sans expérience professionnelle je me trompe ?
Est ce que l'entreprise peut y changer quelque chose ? Et y'a t-il moyen de partir avec un autre type de visa ? Et via quel organisme si Paris refuse de m'en délivrer un ?
Merci d'avance pour vos réponses, ma situation étant très urgente et le prix dépensé dans le billet en jeu je serais ravi d'obtenir de l'aide.

Le statut des stagiaires est toujours le même, cad que l'ambassade ne délivre plus de visa pour ce statut.
A l'heure actuelle il y a pas de changement, et je pense pas qu'il y'en aura.
Le visa Z pour un stagiaire, quasi impossible.
Je ne pense pas qu'un organisme de visa te délivre le papier vu que l'ambassade refuse déjà.
Je te souhaite bon courage pour tes recherches de stage.

J'ai envoyé un mail a mon entreprise pour les avertir de ma situation, c'est une très grosse boite donc je vais voir si ils peuvent faire quoi que ce soit pour moi.
J'ai également contacté un deuxième année de mon bts qui a effectué son stage en chine l'année dernière et il m'a dit être parti avec un visa tourisme (demandé a l'ambassade de Paris) sans aucun problème.
Kwon vous pensez donc qu'en insistant un peu je pourrais réussir a obtenir un visa quand même ? Et selon vous quel type de visa je dois demander ? Un visa F, L, M ou autre ?

Oui effectivement je n'ai pas trop le choix comme tu dis, et si on me le refuse j'essayerais de trouver une boite sur HK en express parce qu'avoir débourser 600€ d'avion pour rien je t'avoue que je l'aurais mauvaise ...
