We are easy-going young professionals, Taiwanese and French

You share the bathroom with only 1 roommate

- HUGE flat : 150 square meters
- 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 balcony
- Well-maintained
- 5 mn walk from Shanghai Indoor Stadium and Xujiahui subway stations. That is four subway lines within walking distance: 1, 4, 8 and 9 (vertical, horizontal, diagonal and circular)
- 2 minutes by taxi from the former French concession, a must see in Shanghai
- The apartment is located in a private lane, so it is super quiet
- Fast Wi-fi
- Flat is on the 10th floor. You have a nice view from your window.
- Wheelchair accessible
- Huge dining room and living room
- New and clean kitchen fully equipped
- Big 50-inches flat screen TV with plenty of movies
- You can park your scooter downstairs in the closed compound, very safe
This is a PET-FRIENDLY apartment. There are two dogs living here - Molière and Lily - both found on the streets
They are both very kind, very clean, and very well-behaved.
I sometimes rescue stray animals, so there might be more pets in the apartment while they find a loving house.
But it's always very clean and it smells good
Price 4200 ALL INCLUDED except cleaning lady (250 a month)
